The former starters' hut during the 1992 Natural Toboggan Run World Championships is open for refreshments in the winter months.
The Trockentannrodelbahn toboggan run is available from December through to March if there is sufficient snow. The hut is also available for snacks and refreshments at this time.
You can drive as far as the Nordic Centre car park, and then walk the rest of the way, heading in the direction of the "Trockentannalm". After about 40 minutes, you will reach the Toboggan Hut which is situated at approx. 1000 m. There are stunning views towards the Goisern Valley from the hut.
The hut serves home made cakes and snacks and has seating for 35 people, and so is a suitable venue for small groups.
