The Stuhlalm mountain hut is located on the south side of the Gosaukamm mountain range. From here there are breath-taking views of the north face of the Bischofsmütze.
The Stuhlalm mountain hut is idyllically situated at the base of the "Angerstein" on the "Austriaweg" trail. The trail is very well known as it is a tour around the edge of the Gosaukamm mountain range and was used by Bible smugglers in years gone by.
There is seating for 40 persons inside the hut, and a further 70 can sit outside on the terrace and enjoy the sunshine.
Open: May to October
Overnight facilities: 40 bunks and 1 separate room
