Valentin Zeller came 5th in the RAAM (Race Across America) competition and holds the world record for a 24 Hour High Altitude Event. He has been an extreme sports enthusiast for 20 years and has won numerous awards. He now wants to share his experiences with others and provide technical help and support.

"During the Cycling Weekends I'd like to share with participants what many amateur sportsmen overlook. That is, you must remember to listen to your body and do the right thing just at exactly the right time. Just doing a lot of training makes no difference! Equally as important as the correct work/life balance is the balance between exertion and relaxation in sport. It's vital to love sport if you wish to succeed." In Zeller's own word, "All that I like doing I also do well."
